Meet JoAnn

JoAnn has been training individuals for over 9 years, her experience gives her the ability to customize each clients programs accordingly. She is a well rounded trainer and has worked with clients from teenagers to geriatrics. What makes JoAnn different is her license as a Physical Therapist Assistant, which allows her to carefully work with clients in a "Rehabilitation" manner. Her main focus is to keep things challenging and effective, quality over quantity; yet creative and different. Experience will always speak for itself; and they are as followed:
