We've seen them in stores, as well as custom made versions. Orthotics are becoming more and more popular, but do they really help? And if so, how do I choose which one is best for me? Lets first look at the lower leg. You can't just look at the foot itself, but rather the leg as a whole - foot, ankle, knee and hip. It's very complex!
