We all get those cravings from time to time. And WE KNOW how hard it is to say no sometimes. Thankfully, theres actually foods that can counter those cravings.


Firstly, lets understand why we have these cravings. Our minds may think we want something specific, when our bodies really want something else. However, we tend to listen more toward our minds rather than the body. We can actually trick our minds by eating the right foods ou body really needs.



Craving: Chocolate

What you Need: Magnesium

What to Eat: Nuts, Seeds, Fruits, Veggies


Craving: Sugary Foods

What you Need: Chromium, Carbon, Phosphorus, Sulphure, or Tryptophan

What to Eat: Broccoli, Grapes, Cheese, Chicken, Fruits, Beef, Fish, Eggs, Cabbage, Horseradish, Raisins, Sweet Potatoes, Spinach, Nuts, Dairy, Carnberries, Grains


Craving: Bread, Pasta, and Carbs

What you Need: Nitrogene

What to Eat: High Protein Foods: Meat, Fish, Nuts, Beans, Chia Seeds


Craving: Oily Foods


What you Need: Calcium

What to Eat: Milk, Cheese, Green Leafy Veggies


Craving: Salty Foods

What you Need: Chloride, Silicon

What to Eat: Fish, Goat Milk, Cashews, Nuts, Seeds
